Our platform allows you to connect with experienced nurses remotely via video or audio calls, and through our chat service. Simply sign up and join your consultation from the comfort of your own home by whichever method you wish.
Is my information kept confidential and secure?
Yes, we take your privacy and security seriously. Our platform is HIPAA compliant and employs industry-standard encryption protocols to ensure that your personal health information remains confidential and secure at all times.
What qualifications do the nurses on the platform have?
Our nurses are licensed healthcare professionals with extensive experience at world-class hospitals and primary care and expertise in various areas of healthcare including emergency, critical care, reproductive health, and LGBTQ+ issues. They undergo rigorous screening and credentialing processes to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and professionalism.
What are the hours of operation for the telehealth platform?
Our online chat platform is available to members 24-hours a day with our nurses answering your concerns once in a 24-hour period. (We recommend consolidating your message instead of sending multiple to ensure we answer your concerns!)
Video and voice appointments are subject to provider availability.
We strive to accommodate a variety of schedules to ensure that you can access our services when you need them most.
Are there any age restrictions for using the platform?
Our platform is currently only available for patients over the age of 18. We strive to expand our reach in the future. Please sign up for our newsletter for updates!
Are there any limitations on the types of medical issues or concerns I can discuss with a nurse?
Our nurses are equipped to address a wide range of medical issues and concerns. However, there may be certain limitations or situations where a referral to a healthcare provider or specialist is recommended. Our nurses will assess your needs and provide appropriate guidance and support based on their expertise and scope of practice.
